Delivery

Runwest will deliver Australia wide using Toll IPEC Priority Overnight Service network. We can also deliver internationally on request. Please contact us hello@runwest.com.au or via telephone +61418 625 793 for all international orders before placing your order to discuss your needs.

All packages will be sent via Toll IPEC Priority Overnight Service network.

Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us hello@runwest.com.au or via telephone 0418 625 793 within 2 working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation. Any damaged products that are of fault of Toll IPEC need to be left as they were delivered.

We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 1 working day of your order being placed once payment has cleared into our account. If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us (hello@runwest.com.au or via telephone 0418 625 793) to discuss your needs.

Returns/Exchange

We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if you would like to return your purchase for a model or size exchange, please contact us via email at hello@runwest.com.au or via telephone 0418 625 793. You will be provided a confirmation and further details will be emailed to you in relation to sending your product back.

Returns Policy & Process

We take great pride in our reputation for supplying quality products, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or refund for credit in store.

Items must be returned within 14 days of original dispatch date in a resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached). The Runwest exchange/return form must be included with the item when returned. We recommend you utilize registered Australia Post as Runwest does not take responsibility for items not received if a customer attempts to send an item to Runwest via non registered post. Please allow 14 days from the day you return your product for your account to be credited or your exchange product to be redelivered.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns not purchased online through our retail stores and vice versa. We cannot exchange product for a style not within our Runwest online product range.

Faulty Items

Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments Unit (PAU) and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect, Runwest will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.

If You Change Your Mind

Runwest is unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, worn or washed. Change of mind returns only apply to items in a resalable condition and non sale items. Additional re-delivery freight charges will apply for replacement items. Runwest will either exchange the item or refund the amount of the item, less the freight charges incurred.

Incorrect Size

Runwest will cover the re-delivery charges if the size of the item you received is not what you initially purchased.

Incorrect Colour

Runwest will cover the re-delivery charges if the colour of the item you received is not what you initially purchased. As customers can appreciate however, colours shown on an internet exchange may not be an exact match to the physical goods, therefore the colour shown is for illustrative purposes only.

Refunds on Shipping and Handling Charges

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, we will refund shipping and handling charges to your credit card. A copy of your Runwest tax invoice may be requested for proof of purchase.
